Workplace Drug Testing

Workplace drug testing can be effective in preventing accidents, health issues and costs, absenteeism, and litigation.

With the use of OpAns' DBS testing and our patented DBS collection device, there's no need to worry about staffing urine collections, and you'll get ...

  -   A valid specimen from every donor every time

  -   Longer detection windows than urine analyzed by federal confirmatory cutoffs

  -   Options for remote monitoring of collections

  -   Informed impairment assessments (DUID), from blood levels

Through a sustainable partnership with your medical review officer (MRO), our expert analytical scientists will analyze your test specimens, report the results faster than the national labs, including into our HIPAA compliant clinic portal, and help you understand the test results.

You can find a qualified MRO at AAMRO.com.

Test Menu

We offer a comprehensive drug testing menu containing over 30 drug classes with urine, DBS and oral fluid testing panels (including the NIDA-5: cannabinoids, opiates, amphetamines, cocaine, and phencyclidine (PCP)), see our Reference Guides below for details.

Additional specialty drug tests are available upon request, including: Kratom, Synthetic Cannabinoids (K2), Tianeptine, Mushrooms (Psilocybin), Xylazine and Phenibut.

Using our DBS testing methodology we're able to expand cannabinoids testing beyond the traditional THC carboxilic acid metabolite. We test for THC, the active THC alcohol, and the terminal THC acid metabolite. By measuring THC blood levels we are able to open a windown on the understanding of impairment.

Beyond measuring THC our test distinguishes between the delta-8 and -9 forms, clarifying the source of the THC exposure.

Specimen Collection

We recommend the use of our patented amasse™ dried bio-fluid specimen (DBS) collection device that was specifically designed for the collection of dried capillary blood that is suitable for QUANTITATIVE analysis.
