We are uniquely equipped and qualified to determine the identity, purity and quantity of a chemical in solution from a single micro-volume sample by HPLC-DAD/ELSD/CLND/MS, without an analytical standard of the chemical.   Our expert analytical scientists will perform analysis of your chemical samples (under the applicable regulations), help you anticipate scientific or regulatory challenges, offer strategic solutions to enable you to make critical strategic decisions, and will report your results in an appropriate format.
Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography with Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-ESI/MS), the retention time (a measured hydrophobicity) and mass spectra (positive and negative ionization) are evaluated for consistency with the proposed chemical structure of the Compound of Interest (COI).
The quantity (i.e., concentration of the COI in the solution) is measured by the appropriate detector, either Chemiluminescent Nitrogen Detector (CLND) for nitrogen containing compounds else Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD).
The purity of the COI is determined as an amalgamation of peak area percentage from the Diode Array UV Detector (DAD), the CLND and the ELSD.
This work is currently performed under an environmental Quality Management Plan (QMP).   We’ve been inspected multiple times by EPA with no findings to-date.
